Musim Mas is seeking an Electrical and Instrument Engineer to join our team across Indonesia. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation systems across our state-of-the-art facilities. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our electrical infrastructure and process control equipment.

Project Mechanical Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Designing, planning and managing mechanical engineering projects, including the installation, maintenance and optimisation of production equipment and systems
• Conducting feasibility studies, cost estimates and risk assessments to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical engineering solutions with other disciplines
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Providing technical guidance and support to operations teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in mechanical engineering
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering and production processes

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, project management, and process optimisation
• Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools and data analysis
• Familiar with OSBL & ISBL P&ID, PFD, Equipment List, Piping Specification in oil & gas industry
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
