UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

Assistant Manager Reliability

Job Description

Provide equipment capability, reliability, and availability to operations through application of the maintenance service for the greatest operating profit.
Develop strategy & plan for engineering excellence.
Reliability plan for all plant.
Improvement Project with Maintenance Team to support maintenance and operation system.
Ensure all the activities conducted by requirement of quality, food safety, feed safety, environment, occupational health & safety.

Job Requirements

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation & Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering major.
Have at least 5 years' relevant experience.
Have basic knowledge about ISO 9001, Sistem Jaminan Halal, Kosher, FSSC 22000, GMP+B2, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001.
Operating Microsoft Office and SAP for SAP Plant Maintenance System.
