Posisi :

Jr. HR Admin & Payroll Officer

Job Description:

  • Input, processing and check data overtime employees on system
  • Input, processing and check data absenteeism employees on system
  • Input, processing and check shift schedules employees on system
  • Input, processing and check status leave employees (permission, sick, annual leave, late permission employees) on system
  • Ensure employees personal  file updated
  • Ensure stationary and cleaning supplies
  • Ensure circulation of pay slip to employee by monthly
  • Ensure monitoring shift schedule on system
  • Ensure upload attendance on system
  • Ensure of submission overtime report & overtime analysis submission on time
  • Ensure of submission HR Monthly report submission on time
  • Ensure circulation balance leave of employees every month to each Dept. Head
  • Ensure circulation of overtime details by Department send by weekly basis
  • Ensure overtime consumption for Entitled Employee
  • Consistent implementation of policy in Business Units as per job scope
  • Ensure of reduce absenteeism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma majoring in Accounting, Computer, Management or a similar field
  • Previous experience working as a HR Admin or Payroll Officer or Fresh Graduated
  • Able to speak English (passive)
  • Familiar with payroll software, procedures and policy
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to prepare HR Monthly reports
  • Good knowledge in employee compensation and benefits
  • Able to work as individual and team in cross functional department 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good health & physic
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office & other related software
  • Willing to placed in KIM 2 Medan
