Sampoerna Academy - IGCSE English Teacher

Job Description

• Plan, set, and deliver standards for learning.
• Prepare and support critical thinking for students in the classroom.
• Establish classroom management utilizing positive coaching.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
• Understanding of academic, social, and behavioral needs and characteristics of high-level students.
• Establish links with the parent community to ensure that parents are kept well informed about student progress.

Qualifications

• A Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in English Literature or English Language.
• Possesses strong experience with Lower Secondary English Checking OR Higher Elementary/Elementary grades
• High level of English proficiency required
• Possesses at least 5 years of experience in teaching English (preferably English as First Language) for secondary students in private or international school.
• Experienced with international curriculum such as IB and Cambridge.
• Proven ability to develop successful academic programs.
