HC Manager MEDAN

Job Descriptions :

  • Developing and implementing HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and learning opportunities.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour regulations.
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Requirement's

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Manager in People Development. 
  • Strong background in designing and delivering effective development programs.
  • Proven track record in strategic human capital management and driving large-scale organizational change.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR technology and data analytics to support decision-making and organizational strategy.
  • Placement : Medan – North Sumatera.
