Posisi :

HC Manager MEDAN

Job Descriptions :

Developing and implementing HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Developing and implementing comprehensive training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and learning opportunities.
Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Providing coaching and mentoring support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour regulations.
Developing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Requirement's

Minimum 3 years of experience as Manager in People Development.
Strong background in designing and delivering effective development programs.
Proven track record in strategic human capital management and driving large-scale organizational change.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with HR technology and data analytics to support decision-making and organizational strategy.
Placement : Medan – North Sumatera.
