Posisi :

Store Manager

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Communications, Leadership, Hospitality, Problem Solving, Analytical Skill
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Able to work with Shifting Schedule
• Working Placement : Jakarta and Medan

Duties :

• Manage all operational restaurant and ensure employees are following Standart Operational Procedure
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Development and implementation of action plans
