In other to support our business growth in the Group Wilmar International Plantation, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill following position.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

Deputy Palm Oil Mill Head (Based in Indonesia)

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the overall operations of 34 Palm Oil Mills.
Coordinate with the plantation and commercial team on the crop estimates, intake and quality.
Coordinate movement of products to refinery and third parties.
Champion EHS for the mills.
Prepare yearly budget for all the mills.
Monitor and manage production cost.
Assist the Palm Oil Mill Head in the monitoring and managing various ongoing upgrading projects.
Report regularly on the status of various projects and improvements in progress.
Liaise with the Palm Oil Mill Head on the capacity enhancement of existing mill and establish the scope of work to be carried out, including estimated costs and and completion timelines.
Review the design & layout of plants and provide feed back on improvements to be made / incorporated
Conduct training in specialized fields.
Ensure compliance with existing Process SOPs and to suggest improvements if any.
Providing technical support to Regional Technical Heads, Production Controller, and Managers in order to achieve goals.
Ensuring compliance with company principles.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 20 years of experience in managing multiple Palm Oil mills in a Multinational Company (preferably in Indonesia) with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong knowledge of palm oil mills operations, processes, equipment and projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
