SMGP is a Foreign Investment Company, whose shares are held by OTP Geothermal Pte. Ltd, a Singapore Company and an PT.Supraco Indonesia. OTP Geothermal is required as a service company to provide the expertise in supporting geothermal business in Indonesia.

OTP Geothermal Pte. Ltd. is a joint venture company comprised of Hugar Orka ehf – Iceland's leading integrated geothermal company and Kaishan Compressor Co.Ltd – China’s largest Compressor Industry. It is then called KS ORKA. The joint venture brings over experiences in exploration, exploitation and development to Indonesia geothermal energy sector. Combined with its commitment to the ongoing development of geothermal technology, the joint venture has the capacity to develop Indonesia’s geothermal fields quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the resource is used in an optimal and sustainable way.

KS ORKA is a project developer focused exclusively on the development of geothermal and waste heat projects. Orka’s experienced team has over 30 years of collective experience developing, managing and financing geothermal energy and power projects. KS ORKA combines its geothermal and project development expertise with Kaishan’s power plant technology and manufacturing expertise to form Asia’s first vertically integrated geothermal and waste energy company.

KS ORKA first stepped into Indonesia’s geothermal industry in 2016 by acquiring the 240MW Sorik Marapi geothermal power plant project in Mandailing Natal, North Sumatera. Since then, the project company, PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power, has moved forward with the development plan by accelerating the exploration phase with target of COD ahead of the schedule. By early 2017, KS Orka acquired the second project, 30MW Sokoria geothermal power plant project, in Ende, East Nusa Tenggara. The project was stalled for years but since KS Orka took over, the construction and preparation for exploration drilling have been ongoing on site.With a large untapped geothermal resources in Indonesia, KS Orka is confident to invest in Indonesia for the development of the resources.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

OM Technician Lead

Participates in mechanical & electrical engineering and technical supports to be given for Power Plant Installation;
Performs assembling, evaluation, testing and maintaining electrical wiring and equipment;
Performs repair, maintenance and improvement on the installation, equipment and component parts needed;
Periodically execute inspections according to mechanical equipment maintenance standard (SOP).

Overall Qualification:

Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
Having Min. 3 (three) year experiences as Technician in Operation & Maintenance Department at Power Plant Industry;
Ability to read and understand P&IDs, electrical, and mechanical drawings;
Able to speak Mandarin (basic to intermediate level), and understand Engineering terms in Mandarin;
High motivation and good team work;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical deadlines;
Able to create report using Ms. Office Aplication;
Willing to locate in site at Mandailing Natal – North Sumatera.
