Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia, PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Objectives of this role

Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
Implement sourcing strategies, such as partnering with schools/university including employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewer

Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria for both manufacturing / non-manufacturing department
Source applicants and maximizing the utilization of Applicant Tracking systems
End to end hiring process from sourcing, interviews, offering to onboarding for the hiring of fresh graduates, management trainee and pro-hiring
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events and maintaining a good relationships with related parties to build a strong candidate pipeline

Required skills and qualifications

Willing to work from site at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera. With regular working hour (Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00)
Four to five years of experience in a talent acquisition
Related experience from manufacturing background is preferred
Related experience in Mass hiring
Related experience in Management Trainee hiring is preferred
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in using professional job posting portal and proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends and talent market
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management , psychology or similar field
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute
