UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :
Payroll & Benefits Assistant
Job Description
- Manage Process to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, including Payroll Journal, Payslip issuance, Statutory Benefits administration (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Pension Fund, etc), Employee’s Income tax and other Employee’s benefits which administered via payroll in a monthly basis.
- Responsible for assisting the work and payment of employee benefits properly and timely as housing allowance, transport allowance, meal compensation, overtime pay, vacation pay and other compensation benefits.
- Responsible in providing payroll support data and any changes in employee salary and allowance data.
- Support HR Services Manager & People Experience Lead in monitoring and reviewing Personal Cost & Budget.
- Support Compensation & Benefits review and analysis.
- Support as a governance relations management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in handling Payroll & Benefit for at least 3 years, preferably in a multi-national company.
- Have knowledge of different types of Payroll system & software.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with HR Services leadership and employees.
- Ability to work independently and with a team, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good proficiency in English.
