Posisi :

Shipping Officer

Requirements:

Fluent in English & Mandarin is required for this position
Strong knowledge of import/export, documentation and customs procedures
Fresh Graduate are Welcome
Computer Skill: Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint (Computer Basic Understanding)
Self-Management, Excellent Communication, Initiative, Able to Work as a team & Independently, Good in Numeracy, Capability to Flourishing a Competitive Environment, Commercial Awareness

Main Responsibilities:

Manage export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements
Coordinate and oversee shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely shipments
Track shipments, maintain inventory, and resolve any shipping- related issues or delays
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance purpose
