Perusahaan ini terbentuk dari hasil investasi bersama antara Otsuka Pharmaceutical Jepang dan PT Kapal Api dengan Pocari Sweat sebagai produk pertamanya. Kemudian di tahun 1999, PT Kapal Indah Otsuka merubah namanya menjadi PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. PT Amerta Indah Otsuka adalah bagian dari Otsuka Parmaceutical Co., Ltd Jepang dengan produk terkemuka seperti Pocari Sweat, SOYJOY, ION WATER, dan Oronamin C. Otsuka Development Program (ODP) 2024

1. Development Program – Medical Representative

Medical Representative is a development program from PT Otsuka Indonesia who is responsible for achieving sales target product within assigned territory through official visitation to customers such as, Medical, Paramedical, Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Outlet in accordance with company standard.

Requirements :

Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1) accepting only Science and Health majors
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Able to operate computer such as Microsoft
Having the ability to communicate clearly
Having the good ability to negotiate
Having the ability to properly socialization
Having basic analytical ability and character of professionalism

2. Otsuka Young Star – Brand Communication

Otsuka Young Star is an apprenticeship program within the Marketing Department to inform product benefit of POCARI SWEAT & ION WATER brand to the public. Brand Communication will be responsible to hold various event and meet various people with different backgrounds on across different channel such as Sports, Medicals, Youths, Moms, etc.

Requirements :

Final year students, or fresh graduated from all major
Willing to be place outside domicile / national wide
Having communication skill, presentation skill, analytical / critical thinking, creativity, information seeking is a must
Able to drive manual car and have SIM A
Digital savy
