A. X-Star Development Program (Commercial)

1. CVM Operation Channel Management

Requirement:

• Understanding project management, digital marketing & CRM automation
• Understanding SQL, Digital marketing, Documentation & CRM automation
• Good communication ability, good business presentation ability

Job Description:

• Supporting offer improvement project starts from requirement gathering, progress tracking, supporting testing and deliverable process
• Integrate commercial requirements into CVM offerings, focusing on product placement, eligibility rules, menu constructs, key visuals, and system health monitoring
• Governing process of real time product creation starts from requirement gathering, development, UAT & production
• Managing & translating commercial requirement into campaign and not limited to capability deliverable

2. CVM Data Science

Requirement:

• Understanding of Data Warehouse, RDBM system, Statistics/Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Predictive Modeling
• Hands On experience of SQL & Python
• Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Good interpersonal skills – to collaborate with the stakeholders & teamwork
• Good creative thinking
• Python, R, SPSS, Knime

Job Description:

• Work with different parts of the business (commercial strategy team, geo-marketing, customer operations, etc.) and provide analytical assets using big data, machine learning, and visualization tools.
• Design and develop algorithms to gain insights from big data and to identify new data-driven products and services with working knowledge of primarily using Big Data & Analytics tools, e.g., IBM SPSS, R, Python, Hadoop, Hive, Spark.
• Work closely with commercial, campaigns & technology teams to establish data pipelines from data sourcing to customer and targeting
• Project and hands-on experience in descriptive, predictive, and optimization models to enhance revenue generation, reduce churn and gain operational efficiency.

3. CVM Commercial

Requirements:

• Understand CRM, Loyalty management, Churn management
• Data understanding, gap analysis, root cause analysis
• Good communication, good project management, good presentation

Job Description:

• Identify churn rate by cohort that needs to be improved
• Develop A/B testing to decide the campaign strategy
• Closely monitor market dynamics to maintain customer base
• To monitor each campaign that is running and evaluate for next improvement
• Present the overall performance of customer base management

4. Mass Segment (Retail Proposition)

Requirements:

• Ability to run ESIM campaign on webstore to attract more acquisition
• Ability to create end to end project and liase with IT Team
• Ability to do a monetization on a webstore campaign to generate revenue

Job Description:

• Subscriber Growth of 50% YoY
• Deliver at least 2 Product Development
• Revenue Growth of 25% YoY

5. Youth Segment (Youth Touchpoints Management)

Requirements:

• Minimum knew office suite, GA 360 suite, mo engage or similar customer engagement platforms
• Preferable have experience interaction with IT/Tech teams
• Experience in an online/digital subscription business or e-commerce is preferable
• Deep understanding of consumer insights and digital trends
• Experienced in tracking campaign performance and pulling insights from campaigns
• Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
• Knowledge in SQL and data visualization tool is a bonus
• Ability to analyze data, interpret and present meaningful stories
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia

B. X-Star Development Program (Analytics)

1. Business Analysis & Insights

Requirement:

• IT/Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics or related education background.
• Have experience with SQL (Short Query Language) is preferred.
• Have experience with any BI (PowerBI/Tableau/others) tools is a plus.
• Have experience with any BI (PowerBI/Tableau/others) tools is a plus.
• Have experience with any data modelling or machine learning tools is a plus

Job Description:

• To work closely with Sales and Marketing Convergence Team to support visibility of GTM, Acquisition and Productivity of Sales Force performances.
• To conduct and gather requirements of new report from Home team as Business Owner and translate it to technical requirements and collaborate it with IT/Business Requirement Management.
• To develop, update and maintain the reports as daily basis activity (BAU).
• Provide analytical and support for BO.
• To work closely with Channel and Bifrost Team to support Productivity and Reports.
• To conduct and gather requirements of new report from Channel and Bifrost team as Business Owner and translate it to technical requirements and collaborate it with IT/Business Requirement Management.
• To develop, update and maintain the reports as daily basis activity (BAU).
• Provide analytical and support for BO.

1. IT Strategy Planning & Architecture

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business/IT Analyst, research methodology or service consultant

Job Description:

• To support the regular update regarding IT/technology innovation trend and competition landscape
• To support the perform screening and identification of new technology innovation in network and IT area based on business analysis and feasibility assessments with regards to costs, resources
• To support the implementation of IT technology planning key programs align with XL business objective
• To support the monitoring process of IT Key Programs implementation

2. Network Planning & Design

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/informatics/Telecommunication.
• Experience as a Project Manager in an Internet Service Provider company
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and target-oriented mindset.
• Knowledgeable in implementing Project Management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with teams in the implementation of policies and rules for each team.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Business and other project stakeholders.
• Initiate problem-solving initiatives.
• Identify and resolve potential project issues proactively.

Requirement:

Android Developer

• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages for Android development.
• Experience with Android Studio and the Android SDK.
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles and best practices.

Full-Stack Developer

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for communication with backend services.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot (Java), Flask (Python) and containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for database management and querying.

Machine Learning

Job Description:

• Anticipate market news & information in multiple angles (regulatory, market drivers, technology) as well as Opportunity and Threat in Telco Business, specifically B2B through media channel
• Capture industry outlook (Telco, B2B and other industries) and capture opportunity and business optimization measure
• Retroactively observe market positioning by consolidating competitor information and generate insights
• Generate sales performance report
