We are looking fresh graduates for Graduate Trainee program in Commercial function. Graduate Trainee is a 2-year program where you will experience exciting several assignments with endless opportunity to explore and grow your potential.

Learn and contribute to the core business in Commercial function through numerous on-the-job learning opportunities and various enriching experiences.

Commercial function is a strategic function that is responsible to distribute our products and maintain good relations with our customers. The function is also responsible for strategic sales plan, brand strategy and developing sales innovations.

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree from all major
Minimum GPA:

Bachelor’s Degree: 3.20
Master’s Degree: 3.30

Maximum of 2 years’ full-time work experience
Those who are going to graduate in 2024 are welcome to apply
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
Persistent, open minded and strong in problem solving
Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy
Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
