CASH CONTROLLER

We are currently hiring:

COUNTRY FINANCIAL CONTROLS ASSISTANT (Kualanamu Airport- Medan)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive sale collection from cashiers & verify with sale report
Differences in sale declaration & sale report will charge to cashier by issuing SES
Tally shift wise collection & prepare for bank deposit
Keep records of transactions
Update daily collection of each cashier in the system with each currency wise
Manage cashiers till funds and Revolving change fund
Prepare daily sale report, deposit summary for finance verification
Deposit sale collection on daily basis
Spot inspection of cashiers’ sales/cash
Sorting and prepare reports on received credit card vouchers
Monitor cashiers’ performance and report back to Coordinator cash manager
