Posisi :

SMO Assistant Manager (Medan)

Job Descriptions : 

  • To ensure that all processes have business process references and systematic procedures to support business activities so that they run smoothly. 
  • Analyze current business processes, map or modify the design of business process models and procedures (SOP), and provide recommendations of changes to users, for developing business processes so that they run more effectively, efficiently and accurately. 
  • Providing strategic guidance for users to create a quality system that is more effective, efficient and on target. 
  • Integrate and supervise all existing processes in accordance with work processes and procedures. 
  • Manage corporate KPI development.
  • Manage and facilitate business process documentation (Policy, SOP, WI, MoM, etc). 
  • Manage strategic business plan and develop a corporate strategy roadmap.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from any major. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Assisstant Manager/Manager level in Corporate Strategy Analyst/ Corporate Strategy Management/Business process Improvement/KPI Development.
  • Have good knowledge and proven knowledge of business process modeling and quality improvement methodologies as business process improvement. 
  • Mastering the concept of calculating key performance indicators at individual or corporate level. 
  • Excellent leadership, agile and responsive to change that occur. 
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, conceptual skill and interpersonal skill. 
  • Good command of English (oral and written).
  • Placement : Medan, North Sumatra.
