Posisi :

Facility Manager - Engineering (Medan)

Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities on the client's site specifically the building facilities such as offices, residential area
Manage day-to-day operational concerns, ensuring safety, security, housekeeping, receptionist duties, and maintenance of the equipment, and supplies.
Become the leader of the facilities operations team, guiding and supervising their activities
Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, architecture
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including managerial roles overseeing facilities operations in a 24x7 environment
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Good personal and interpersonal skills
An organized person and a team player.
Demonstrate managerial and leadership skills.
