Posisi :

Staff Administration

Job Description :

• Manage daily activity, execute data make sure completed and corrected.
• Handle all documents related to customers and vendors.
• Conduct coordination with all relevant teams.

Qualification :

• At least 1 year experience for admin role.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome (SMA, D3).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook.
• Ability to understand English at a passive level.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong analytical mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, and able to multi-task.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible and able to work both individually and in a team.
