Posisi :

HR Assistant Manager (Medan-based)

Job Description

• Assist HR Manager with tasks and reports
• Assist HR Manager in the supervision of all HR Team’s activities.
• Assist HR Manager to conduct performance evaluation for all employees.
• Responsible to supervise recruitment process of the company.
• Responsible for coordination and to supervise training programs with all relevant parties. 
• Interact and co-operate with all employees and external parties including the related authorities, HR vendors etc.
• Any other HR-related tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Having experience in HR matters
• Has minimum 5 years of experience in the related supervisory position. 
• Strong leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and has good communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory.
• Main work location: Medan
