UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

HR Governance Administrator

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HR Services policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with HR Services leadership to interpret and gather the information required to develop policies and procedures.
Conduct assessments of HR Services processes to identify areas for improvement of all policies and procedures in HR Services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to HR governance activities.
Register and update all policies & procedures to Manufacturing Regulatory team.
Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate updates to HR staff and management to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Willing to be placed in our Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera office with contract-based employment of 2 months.
Experience in HR compliance, governance, or related field.
Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with HR Services leadership.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good proficiency in English.
