IT Engineer - Infrastructure & Operations

PT Sawit Rezeki Unggul, a subsidiary of the Mewah Group located in Jakarta Province, is one of a leading palm oil trader poised to emerge as a major global trader in the palm oil industry.

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer - Infrastructure & Operations to provide support for our operations.

Placement in Medan, North Sumatera.

In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

Support infrastructure and project implementation
Manage administrative tasks for server infrastructure, business applications, and cloud services.
Review system performance and availability, monitoring crucial indicators like uptime and event triggers.
Offer user support, troubleshoot problems, and execute change requests.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2 – 3 years relevant experiences.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Platform Tools (Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams etc)
Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, storage management, business applications, cloud services, server virtualization, backup solutions, business continuity, and related technologies.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Immediate availability preferred.
