Posisi :

GA Officer (Medan)

Job Descriptions : 

  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management.
  • Responsible for keeping various internal company matters running smoothly including maintaining security, office facilities, building, assets management, catering, cleanliness and neatness of the office, vehicles, etc.
  • Process purchase request for GA asset and expense.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, consumable goods and regular stock opname.
  • Create OB & OG work plan and ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, scheduling and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Manage company vehicles usage, maintenance and documents. 
  • Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance costs, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of office-related activities and resolve any operational issues.
  • Reporting and Administration. 

Job Requirement :

  • Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Affair or related field.
  • Must have good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Have good analytical and critical thinking, adaptive, and people-oriented and should be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Good in communication and deal with people at all levels professionally.
  • Willing to do field monitoring and control.
  • Placement : Medan, North Sumatra.
