Key Responsibilities :

Develop crisis communication plans and strategies to address potential issues proactively.
Act as a spokesperson during times of crisis and manage communication to mitigate negative impact.
Act as a liaison between the organization and the public, addressing concerns and fostering positive connections
Provide regular reports and analysis to measure the impact of PR efforts and recommend adjustments as needed.
Seek opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the organization's public image.
Collaborate with local authorities and organizations to align plans with broader regional goals
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, community leaders, local businesses, and government agencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Legal, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in public relations.
To be placed in Kuala Tanjung - Sumatera Utara
