Phapros (Pharmaceutical Processing Industry) merupakan perusahaan nasional yang memproduksi dan memasarkan produk farmasi yang dimiliki oleh Kimia Farma, anak usaha Bio Farma.

Posisi

Cost Control Staff (Medan)

Job Descriptions:

1. Monitor operational budget in business activity in the company, based on the regular budget that has been made, to ensure the activity of the company in accordance with the company’s business objectives.
2. Review and monitor company financial routine expenditure based on the existing policy by making comparisons over the budget that has been created with the actual costs incurred to minimize the cost of variants.
3. Manage company cost by monitor company budget that have been made with the financial condition of the company, so all cost can be register and give informative report.
4. Evaluate all project cost that have been used, so company can ensure project effectiveness and activities in accordance with the objective of the company business.
5. Prepare financial statement report periodically, so board always be informed the progress of projects that have been executed.

Requirements:

1. SLTA/ D3/ Fresh graduate (maximum 1 years of working experience) from accounting/finance/economy/related fields bachelor’s degree
2. Possess skill in budgeting and cost monitoring.
3. Located in Medan (around Medan) or willing to be relocated to Medan.
4. Able to do high mobility job and have active SIM-C/SIM-A.

Production Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Melakukan proses produksi sesuai BPO/PO.
2. Melakukan pengoperasian mesin sesuai SOP.
3. Melakukan pembersihan mesin dan ruangan sesuai SOP.
4. Mengkoordinasikan shift di area pekerjaan COPB dan CPOTB.

Requirements:

1. SMK/D3/S1 dari jurusan farmasi atau teknik mesin.
2. Memiliki pengalaman dalam industri manufaktur atau farmasi adalah nilai plus.
3. Dapat mengoperasikan komputer.
4. Memiliki pemahaman terkait perawatan dan penggunaan mesin.
5. Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.

Accounting Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Calculate, pay, and report Income Tax and Value Added Tax together in one period to ensure timely reporting of PPh and VAT.
2. Validate and input Sales and Purchase Return Notes to calculate the reconciliation of supplier payables and distributor receivables.
3. Close Financial Reports by inputting data into the system, transaction journals, and reports to generate financial report data.
4. Reconcile balance sheet details, including the position of assets (receivables) and liabilities (payables), to determine the company’s asset position.
5. Carry out the Web invoice exchange process (Invoice control) and create invoices/billing receipts for relations to ensure timely bill payments to suppliers and receipt of receivables from distributors.
6. Prepare corporate tax return data that has been reported and financial reports that have been audited for tax audit purposes.

Job Descriptions:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required
2. Minimum of one year of previous accounting experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Accounting is a must.
