Plant Coordinator - Sumatera

Job description:

Monitor the implementation of the production process in accordance with the production plan and product quality as per specifications.
Ensure that all operations of production machinery and plant remains under control and the corresponding production plan short term and long term.
Ensure the operation of all process / equipment at the plant done safely, effectively and efficiently and no process is lost.
Ensuring energy consumption, equipment, and other resources efficiently.
Ensure that all activities undertaken in the operation and the plant under control and appropriate HSSE requirements.
Developing plant operating procedures and work instructions together with the Regional Operations Manager.
Perform preventive maintenance, equipment problems and find solutions to these problems, the cleanliness of the production area and its relation with equipment that is ready for production.
Develop and finalize production plans, inventory plans, and the activity of purchasing goods and services, such as raw materials, finished products, packaging drum related with asphalt / bitumen, PMB, and emulsion or other special products in the plant with Regional Operations Manager.
Prepare related documents and preserve them in production record.
Prepare daily reports production, record production parameters, and associated problems during production.
