Posisi :

1. Warehouseman

Job Description :

  • Executing parts receiving process at warehouse
  • Executing parts stock maintenance process at warehouse
  • Executing parts shipping process at warehouse
  • Executing tools store process
  • Executing Warehouse specific task

Requirements :

  • Minimum High School (SMA)/Vocational School (SMK), graduated from Science, Technical, Economics.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Warehouse
  • Placement: Balikpapan

2. Technician

Job Description :

  • Responsible for performing contamination control and safety activity related technical job process and refer to standard manual or procedure.
  • Activating to reduce waste and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Completing all document related service administration and technical/ technology job processes refer to standard manual or procedure.
  • Rocessing parts request and return related to technical/ technology job processes and refer to standard manual or procedure and ensuring the parts/components in good condition when it is handover to customer.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SMK in Electrical/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical/ Technical major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Placement: Muara Teweh (Kal-Teng)

3. Assistant Service Account

Job Description :

  • Responsible for maintaining Work in Process (WIP) status updating and report within planned limits.
  • Responsible for inputting Overtime and Expense of Serviceman to the system.
  • Responsible for performing closing process and ensure to avoid re- open Service Order request because improper of previous process.

Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 in Business Administration major
  • GPA minimum 2.75
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Service
  • Placement: Muara Teweh (Kal-Teng)

4. Instructor Trainee

Program Description

Instructor Trainee is 24-months development program that designed to advance you to become a Certified Instructor of Heavy Equipment Technician. This program exposes you to experiental learning to enhance both technical and teaching skills. Throughout this program, you will experience:

  • In-class Training with Certified Instructors
  • On the Job Training with Experts
  • Caterpillar Instructor Accreditation Program

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting and selecting various sources of material including training aids & tools needed according to develop training module packages and maintenance of training aids & tools.
  • Responsible for doing functionality testing, preparing maintenance planning and repair for training aids & tools to ensure the readiness to support training activities.
  • Responsible for delivering training session to the basic training participants to ensure the training objective is executed according to confirmed target.
  • Responsible for conducting formative and summative assessment to evaluate participant understanding according to training objective and course background.
  • Responsible for personally teaching, explaining, informing and supervising participant with lack of understandable on training material or specific training material explained during the teaching & learning process to ensure all training participants get the equal skill and able to explore their strength and weakness.
  • Responsible for leveraging technology to strengthen and improve learning outcomes.
  • Responsible for enhancing professionalism by achieving any professional certification/accreditation from Government or Supplier/Principle or Professional Community to ensure the expertise recognition at certain field to comply the required regulations.

Requirements:

  • Min. D4/S1 Degree, majoring in:  Automotive/Electrical/Informatics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering Education
  • Heavy Equipment Engineering
  • Educational Technology
  • Fresh graduates with formal/informal experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring are highly encouranged to apply
  • Max. 2 years experience as Instructor or Service/Technical-Related role in Heavy Equipment or related industries
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to demonstrate grittiness, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Placement: Jakarta

5. Sales Executive Machine

Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Executive major
  • GPA minimum 2.75
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales/ Salesman in Industry Automotive / Heavy Equipment.
  • Placement: Jakarta

6. Analyst HR Services

Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 in Human Resources/ Industrial Engineering/ Psychology major
  • GPA minimum 2.75
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources
  • Placement: Pekanbaru

7. Analyst GA Services

Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 in Any Major/ Human Resources/ Industrial Engineering/ Psychology major
  • GPA minimum 2.75
