Posisi :

Quality Control Supervisor

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering with 2 years of experience ; or D3 degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering with 3 years of experience as a R&D or QC supervisor
Able to speak, read and write English fluently
Have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, ISO45001, and SMK3 Quality Management System training certificates
Experience managing teams, and being a team player

Tasks & responsibilities

Ensure that the raw materials purchased comply with the desired specifications.
Ensure that our products meet or exceed customer requirements.
Strive to continuously improve product quality, processes, and services through raw material substitution, improving product performance, simplifying processes, and handling systems, and increasing product competitiveness.
Response immediately and develop customer requirements for specific products promptly.
Carry out experiments or trials recommended by R & D Global.
Ensure all working conditions meet safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Develop methods for reuse or reuse of waste. Receive input from sales regarding customer needs for continuous improvement or new products.
Ensure all proprietary information and intellectual properties are safeguarded according to company regulations.
Submit monthly reports on time.
Carry out other tasks given by the site manager
