UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

Community & Smallholder Oil Palm Farming Specialist

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Work hand in hand with Community Engagement team, to specify, implement, monitor, and continuously improve develop, maintain our independent SHF oil palm program.
Liaise and develop mutual programs with international organizations such as RSPO, and local (Kabupaten) authorities.
Achieve actual results, in achieving RSPO certification in increasing the livelihood of community surroundings based on sound economic and commercial success that is not dependent on aid.
Support company initiatives related to safety, proper etc.
Activate, execute, and manage SHF community engagement activities and program.
Recruit and manage communities/employees to SHFs program.
Responsible to manage, control and report the budget.
Support other CE programs as assigned.
Coordination with Legal & EA, SHE and HR Department.
Work closely with communities including external stakeholders related to SHF programs and initiatives.
