Posisi :

Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning and implementing warehouse and logistics strategies.
• Manage warehouses for Export, Import, Distribution Centre (Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical and Container Yard Activities.
• Coordinate full order and shipping cycle.
• Control of cargo inventory in the warehouse
• Resolve and anticipate problems and complaints.
• Maintain metrics and analyse performance, and at the same time implement improvements accordingly.
• Lead the operational performance to meet customer's expectations. 
• Liaise with external vendors and principals as needed.
• Controlling maintenance equipment and warehouse facility
• Controlling operational cost

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Minimal 5 years of experience in downstream supply chain (warehouse/logistics), preferably from a distribution/retail industry with managerial experience
• Working experience of dealing with the logistics company
• Initiative and target oriented.
• Have deep understanding of service management principle.
• Willing to be placed in Belawan.
