UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Cost Accounting & Financial Control Officer

Job Description

Organize, manage and coordinate with the related department correctly and on time on policies, systems and processes Opex Spending and implemented in a balanced manner and in accordance with applicable regulations, also liaise with Manufacturing for review Plant Financial Performance.
Organize & manage budget per department and monitor production cost and COGS calculation for statutory audit.
Ensure Financial control standard that are exist in Unilever are properly implemented and identify Possible Financial Risk in accordance with Global Financial Control Framework (GFCF).
Ensure financial recording & reporting are done in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Work with Asst. Manager Risk Management & Financial Accountant (R2R Controller) in the process of Financial Audit that is conducted in UOI.
Do physical stock verification to ensure accuracy in term of quantity and value of inventory reported in Financial Statements.
