Posisi :

Document Control (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a professional Document Control Staff to work for our site location Batang Toru Hydro Electric Power Plant Project in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra.

Job description：

• Photocopy, scan, upload and distribute documents as required, handle both hardcopies and electronic document in an inter-department environment, such as engineering, contract, HSE
• Receive, check, record technical and relevant document into digital management system in an efficient and expeditious manner as requested
• Liaise with managers and clients in a timely manner to control the process and schedule also to ensure a full understanding of specific deliverables conveyed
• Accountable to maintain a consistent document register and record the timeline coordinately
• Assist to review documents for quality control in workflow and keep associated personnel in loop on new workflows

Job requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in any degree with a minimum of one year work experience in relative fields
• English and Mandarin proficiency is a MUST
• Initiative, responsive, cooperative and proactive attitudes toward assignments
• Thorough knowledge of various office software
• Multitask ability and strong motivation to work
• Preferable if you came from the same/near our location
• Willing to work with roster system in our site location (Batang Toru, Tapanuli Selatan)
