Posisi :

Application Specialist (Area Sumatera)

Responsibilities

Deliver end-user technical training and/or presentations for Lab Diagnostics instruments to drive successful utilization.
Trains all customers on the Lab Diagnostics instruments prior to the instrument installation
Provide on-site technical troubleshooting on all Lab Diagnostics instruments and assays
Performs instrument validations on all Lab Diagnostics instruments
The Technical Application Specialist will work with Field Service and Customer support to assist in resolving customer issues.
The Technical Application Specialist will utilize all resources available (both internal & external) to solve problems associated with diagnostics, quality control and customer education.
All of their actions should be focused on total customer satisfaction
