Posisi :

Warehouse Supervisor Medan

Responsibilities :

Warehouse Related
Planning activity and resource that need to achieved target in Warehouse area and support production & sales activity
Makesure all resource (manpower, pallet, forklift, etc) sufficient and can work well
Organize working system in Warehouse area, makesure all activity align with SOP, safety rules, and hygine
Control & monitoring warehouse activity (inbound and outbound process, administration)
Doing coordination with QA/QC & Pest control to scheduling fumigation product to minimize weevil investigation
Doing stock opname regularly, cooperate with team costing to makesure onhand stock lign with system SAP
Doing improvement and encourage team to make Warehouse more efficient and effective
Create weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting related logistic performance

Logistic Related

Control & monitoring Logistic operational (weight In-weight Out trucking, order truck to transporter)
Makesure all resource (manpower, weighbridge, printer, etc) sufficient and can work well
Doing coordination with PBM (stevedoring) & trucking company to support process discharge raw material import
Create weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting related Logistic performance
