UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

Assistant Manager for Manufacturing Excellence CM Cell

Overview

Control and organize operation and troubleshooting and implementation of continuous improvement, to achieve the safety, quality and productivity targets Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) cell as Unilever rules.

Responsibility & Authority

Ensure smooth 3P operations following Unilever Quality, Safety standard and manufacturing best practices.
Provide technical support as required by 3P.
Lead POP and MPT Trial for innovation and new product trial.
Conduct regular audits on Manufacturing, SHE & Quality.
Implement the continuous improvement projects with 3P team.

Accountability

Ability to achieve the target as per given responsibility to ensure smooth operational aspect in CM Cell, specifically related to:

OEE.
FTE optimization.
Cost Reduction.
Quality and safety.

Job Specification

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
Knowledge to run the plant.
Quality system (ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality management system), FSSC 22000 (Food safety system certification), SJH (Sistem Jaminan Halal), Kosher, GMP+ B2 (Feed Safety Assurance), SMETA.
SHE system (ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management System), PtW – Life Saving Procedure, Safe Travel, Socialization Proper / Proper Awareness.
Code of Business Principles (CoBP).
Compliance to the company regulations.
Have excellent skill and hands on in Excel and good in numbers.
Fluent in English.
