Has experienced as Production Superintendent in Refinery and Fractination min 5 years
has supervisory skill
Has communication skill speaking English is a must
Has ability to make production report
Computer Literate (familiar with MS Office and able to make presentation)
Has abiliy to solve the problem
Has Ability to Negotiate
Can be a motivator to the team
must be have further initiatives to solve the problem
