Posisi :

Staff Operasional EMKL

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Penginputan akun sistem (PL, EXP, APN, PC) yang tepat dan sesuai dengan SOP Perusahaan
Pembuatan biaya yang akurat dan tepat sesuai dengan SOP Perusahaan untuk jalannya shipment
Responsif atas update posisi trucking saat shipment sedang berjalan melalui media komunikasi (dibantu tim dept. Trucking)
Melakukan meeting 1x sebulan dengan department internal lain yang bersangkutan dan terdokumentasi
Pengawasan dan pengontrolan biaya yang akurat dan tepat sesuai dengan SOP Perusahaan kepada dept. Trucking dan pihak lain yang berkaitan, begitu juga pengembaliannya jika ada sisa uang jalan
Membantu pihak / rekan kerja lain di department EMKL sesuai dengan arahan (jika diperlukan)
