Posisi :

Commercial Admin

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree from any major.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in computer usage is essential.
• Strong communication skills are a must.
• A solid command of the English language is necessary.

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinating with different departments or parties to acquire the essential trade-related documents.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely input of trade data into the system.
• Handling the processing of trade-related documents, such as contracts and invoices.
• Compiling, updating, and disseminating trade-related reports.
• Managing various aspects of trade, including payments, receipts, trade records, and more.
• Offering customer support and nurturing positive customer relationships.
