Posisi :

Area Sales Supervisor Food Sumbagut

Requirement:

1. Minimum education is bachelor degrees S1 from all majors
2. Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Area Sales Supervisor
3. Mastering the market area in Upper Sumatera
4. Have experience in finding and establishing good relationships with customers & potential customers
5. Have good leadership and communication
6. Have experience working in the field of FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) at least 2 years in the position of Supervisor
7. Required skills: Leadership, Build Partnership, Negotiation Skill, Presentation, Communication
8. Able to operate Ms. Office
9. Willing to be located at Sumatera Utara

Job Description:

1. Maintain strong relationship with costumers
2. Achieve company objective in term of sales which decided by organization
3. Search & prospect any potential costumers to increase market & sales target
4. Analyze and plan any relevant action plant to maintain & improve market & sales objective
