Assistant Manager – Accounts

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirement : 

As the Assistant Manager , Accounts, you will be responsible for full function including the reporting, budgeting, costing, inventory, insurance, fixed assets and taxation schedules & matters to ensure an accurate, complete, up-to-date records, timely and cost-effective function in order to meet the requirements of the various stakeholders to achieve the company’s objectives.


  • Plan and managing the resources to ensure Accounts operation are running smoothly and in order.
  • Provide accurate, complete, timely and financial information to meet internal and external reporting requirements and relevant stakeholders ad hoc request
  • Proactively propose, collect and lead the team for process improvement.
  • Driving continuous improvements and changes in system, process and procedures through continuous learning, accessing the communications channel with experts, finance team and various stakeholders and participating in interaction during discussions, meetings, trainings, forums etc on the areas of responsibilities


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., CTA, CA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in accounts or finance in manufacturing environment, with substantial experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in palm oil refinery and exposure to Bonded zone companies or working experience either within big 4 firms OR interacting with big 4 firms as a client preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably in English.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as ability to work well with stakeholders collaboratively.
