UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

Project SHE Team Leader

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This position is a temporary position and additional resource to manage SHE Implementation during project construction.

The person must be willing to work at our site in Special Economic Zone, Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.

Job Responsibilities :

Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of occupational health, safety and environmental issues
Ensuring SHE compliance in workplace areas and regular SHE audits in the areas
Ensure all worksites are SHE compliant with Company policies and SHE standards
Ensure work permit are implemented in accordance to SHE guidelines
Conduct SHE training, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and SHE program
Ensure risk assessment comply to SHE Aspect
Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees
Conduct inspection to equipment & tools to comply with SHE standard
Ensure workplace incident are reported to the line manager within the time line in accordance SHE guidelines
Ensure safety behavior observation (SBO) is conducted in the workplace area

Qualifications :

Min. Bachelor of Civil Eng, Chemical Eng, Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety
Min. 2 Years of experience as SHE Officer min (Prefer EPC Project)
Hold AK3U Certification from Ministry of Manpower
Hold Scaffold Inspector Certification from BNSP / Ministry of Manpower
Hold Fire Fighter Class D Certification from Ministry of Manpower
Had knowledge in ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & SMK3
Excellence communication in English
