Perusahaan adalah produsen popok bayi, pembalut wanita, popok dewasa & tisu basah. Merek-merek Perusahaan yang telah dikembangkan diantaranya MamyPoko, Charm, dan Lifree. Perusahaan merupakan anak usaha dari Uni-Charm Corporation (Jepang). Kegiatan bisnis utama adalah pembuatan kertas pembersih higienis, produk kertas katun selulosa, seperti tisu pembersih, napkin dan napkin untuk bayi .

Saat ini PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Oktober 2023. Kami segera membutuhkan tenaga professional muda yang dinamis dan qualified untuk menempati posisi pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan kami. Adapun posisi yang dibutuhkan adalah sebagai berikut:

Posisi :

1. E-Commerce Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and impiement strategies to achieve sell-in targets for online stores.
2. Create and manage promotional activities to drive sell-out, optimizing within budget constraints.
3. Enhance brand visibility across various online ptatforms, ensuring a strong and consistent presence.
4. Collaborate with key accounts to optimize product Placement, promotions, and overall brand representation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in e- Commerce management.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
4. Stay informed about industry developments and leverage digital toots to enhance online performance.
5. Possess astrong character and a willingness to adapt to a Japanese company’s ethos and culture.
6. Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-cultural teams, fostering a positive and inctusive work environment.
7. Location: Head Office – Jakarta Selatan

2. Sales Executive Indramayu

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to achieve sales goal
2. Responsible to control activity of market
3. Manage and control promotion
4. Manage control stock distribution, sell in and sell out
5. Responsible and report to Superior
6. Willing to be placed to all area in Indonesia
7. First placement: Indramayu

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Others or equivalent.
2. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Familiar with Microsoft Office, Good Leadership, Good knowledge in Marketing Mlx, Familiar with 4P
4. Familiar with Area Indramayu
5. Preferably Sales Man/Girl/Executive specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent

3. Junior Brand Manager Pet Care

Responsibility:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or trade marketing.
3. Demonstrated expertise in brand marketing.
4. Experience in the pet care business is advantageous.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
7. Excellent project management skills.
8. Strong communication skills.
9. Possess a strong character and a willingness to adapt to a Japanese company’s ethos and culture.

Qualifications:

1. Develop and execute plans for our brand, including marketing mix and target consumer groups.
2. Stay informed about the market, consumer behavior, and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
3. Lead projects for new product development, ensuring they align with brand objectives and market demands.
4. Implement offline strategies to boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.
5. Oversee online campaigns, collaborating with digital agencies for effective brand representation.
6. Engage with pet communities and manage on-ground activations to strengthen brand connections.
7. Define appropriate channels and product focus, providing necessary tools to support strategies.
8. Develop and manage plans for category development in each focus channel to enhance brand visibility.
9. Participate in determining budgets for advertising, research, and product development.

6. Responsible and report to Superior
7. Willing to be placed to all area in Indonesia

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Others or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Familiar with Microsoft Office, Good Leadership, Good knowldege in Marketing MIx, Familiar with 4P.
4. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales – General.
5. Having experiences handle Local Supermarket.
6. Location: Medan (Cover Sumatera Utara & Aceh)
