OPERATIONAL MARINE / NAUTICA

Job Requirements :

Pendidikan min. D3 jurusan Perkapalan & Nautica
IPK min. 3.00
Mampu berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai lebih
Dapat Mengoperasikan Microsoft Office & Program Analisa Data
Penempatan di Office Medan

Responsibilities :

Membuat laporan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh Unit
Melakukan kontrol dan monitor setiap kegiatan survey di Unit (loading/unloading, marine survey dll)
Melakukan crosscheck setiap laporan dan melaporkan setiap masalah/issue pekerjaan dilapangan kepada atasan terkait
Mampu berkomunikasi yang baik kepada customer

MARINE SURVEYOR

Valid Until :31/10/2023

Job Requirements :

Pendidikan min, D3 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Marine Survey
Memiliki sertifikat kompetensi dibidang Surveyor menjadi nilai lebih
Melakukan tindakan pencegahan dalam masalah surveyor dan mampu melakukan tindakan perbaikan (corrective action)
Mampu memimpin tim
Berserdia ditempatkan di Unit seluruh Indonesia

Responsibilities :

Melakukan kontrol dan monitor setiap pekerjaan di Unit
Mampu berkomunikasi yang baik dengan customer
Melakukan crosscheck dengan tim Unit untuk setiap pekerjaan Marine Survey
Melakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis di bidang Marine Survey

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION (RPA)

Valid Until :31/10/2023

Job Requirements :

Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English
Subject Matter Expert in the usage and functionality of the RPA software, openness to work on new technologies is mandatory
Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience
Minimum experience of 1 – 2 years in .Net, or VB/VBA, and Power Shell is a strong plus
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language) and dealing with SQL databases are a plus
Should be good at maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixing

Responsibilities :

Timely delivery of the assigned automation (including reporting)
Responsible for the quality of the assigned automation
Reporting any changes to the workflow
Updating the open defects in the defect log
Responsible for providing periodic status on the progress of development
First escalation point for any UAT issues
Responsible for moving the workflow to UAT
Responsible for creating the process documentation
First escalation point of contact for automation
Responsible for peer code review
Provides support for the automation process
Provides guidance and help with process design from automation perspective
Responsible for estimating automation duration

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Informatics Engineering.
Knowledge and experience working with database queries (SQL including DDL and DML).
Knowledge of reporting or BI tools (i.e Ms Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc).
Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate in English actively is a must.
Has interest in Data analytics and Data Science.
Knowledge and experience in programming is a a plus.
Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

Analyze, design and build reports/dashboards using BI tools.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. SAP BOBJ, Tableau).
Collect and cleanse data when required for report/dashboards development and business information needs.
Develop and execute database queries and perform data analysis.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
Prepare documentations, training materials and conduct training to business users.
Support and monitor report/dashboard issues, identify improvement and resolution.
Work together with team to deliver BI solution to business users.
