APICAL ENGINEER TRAINEE 2023

Role Summary:

Trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive basic training in a variety of identified areas by the managers.

Responsibilities:

1. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
2. Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.
3. Conduct basic research topics based on assigned projects.
4. Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.
5. Support staff by answering phones, taking detailed notes during meetings, inputting data into the computer and performing other tasks as required.
6. Run errands such as simple purchasing supplies or delivery assignments.

3. Electrical Engineering
4. Industrial Engineering
5. Food Technology

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

1. GPA min 3,00 for Bachelor’s Degree and GPA min 3,25 for Master’s Degree
2. Good command of English both written and verbal
3. Open to relocate to any Apical Site in Indonesia
4. Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
5. Willing to relocate to the job location.
