Posisi :

Refinery &Fractionation Production Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire refinery and Fractionation process
• Ensure operations run within allocated budget
• Timely processing of all refinery and Fractionation
• Maintaining department documents and records
• Review existing process, workflow to enhance department efficiency
• Manage and take care of staff benefits and welfare
• Ensure a harmonious working culture in the department
• Liaise with <relevant regulatory body>

Requirements

• Complete knowledge of refinery and Fractionation
• Bachelor Degree in Chemist
• Excellent in verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Patient and outgoing personality
• Working knowledge of <software 1> and <software 2>
• Possess own transport and willing to work in KIM 2
