Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Binsar Natorang Energi (BNE). As one of LX International’s subsidiary company in Jakarta, we are operating a hydro power plant in North Sumatra. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our teams in the following open-position.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

HSE Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Jobdesk:

• Develop Health, Safety and Environment plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as Safety & Environment Manager 
• Deep understanding of legal health, safety and environment guidelines
• Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
• BSc/BA in safety management or relevant field is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in HSE management system operation
• Has Certificate Electricity Safety Management System (SMK2) would be a plus point
• Willing to work at site (Hasang, North Sumatra)
