Posisi :

Technical Services Manager

Job Description :

Provides Engineering support to both SIL & NIL plants to ensure any proposed modifications to equipment meet all statutory requirements;
Review the plant’s maintenance program to ensure all equipment’s high service reliability and performance;
Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend changes as required;
Supports the power plant’s annual turn around program and manages or plans any project work to be carried out during these periods;
Monitor and review all data regarding steam purity and other various NDT practices and provide reccomendations as appropriate;
Ensure all drawings and vendor manuals are kept up to date as changes are made;
Provides engineering support to any work requests from Operation and Maintenance Departments;
Evaluates the training needs of the Technical Services personnel and coordinate the same to HR;
Conducts annual evaluation and performance review of all Technical Services personnel;
Attends meetings and other activities called by other sections and departments;
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the Site Manager from time to time;
Execute health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company;
Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company;
Implement and comply with company rules and policies;
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by superiors.

Requirement :

Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical);
Minimum 3 years experience in an Engineering leadership role;
Minimum 10 years technical experience in power plants or similar heavy industry, experience with geothermal facilities will be an advantage;
Experience in reliability engineering practices will be an advantage;
Good planning and computer skills; MS Office is mandatory;
Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language;
Having experiences in multi-national project delopment performed in various countries is desirable but not essential;
Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary;
Willingness to travel and relocate in Tarutung, North Sumatra;
Multi-cultural knowledge and working experience.
