Since then Shen Design Medan has experienced continual growth and has expanded it’s repertoire to include Apartment, Office blocks, Residential complexes, Real Estate, Hotels , Boutique Townhouses and the occasional special house.

The company based in Medan, Indonesia, currently employs 15 people comprising professional architects, draftspersons, administration and field supervision staff.

The constancy services offered by the company include design and documentation of:

Architectural / Building design
Conceptual Landscape design
Conceptual Masterplanning
Interior design

Over the years Shen Design Medan has worked with and developed links with several local and international consulting offices in order to utilize their specialized skills for specific projects and also to maintain an international standard in our work.

These include Quantity Surveyors, consultants in Mechanical & Electrical engineering, Structural engineering, Site engineering, Landscape, Traffic, Lighting, Marketing, Retail and others, depending upon the requirement of the project.

We have available to us this team of consultants which can assist any client from the conception of the project to it’s final documentation. As a company we have also worked as part of in-house teams with developers from the determination of the final terms of reference, tender documentation, choice of contractor, to the final completion of the project.

The office also has a department for interior design which has been involved in numerous projects as consultants as well as design-build contractors.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3, S1 Teknik Informatika/Desain Grafis/Desain Komunikasi Visual/Sarjana Interior Design
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang yang sama
Mampu menggunakan software desain seperti Sketchup, 3DsMax, Vray, Autocad, Photoshop & Lumion
Menguasai Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
Menguasai penggunaan kamera DSLR/Mirorles
Beretika baik, motivasi tinggi, kreatif, inisiatif, dedikatif & disiplin
Memiliki jiwa ingin belajar
Memiliki pengalaman tentang konstruksi furniture & Interior
