The plant has an independent unit for the production of tin can, plastic packing, and PIT cans along with multi-color printed lines on them. Plans are well-underway to meet increasing demands on products.

The plant has earned the distinction of being the largest exporter of vegetable ghee from Indonesia. The plant supplies its fully processed products to multinational companies as well.

The plant strategic location near the port and close to necessary raw material resources is certainly an advantage from an economic point-of-view. Undoubtedly it gives the plant the opportunity to offer competitive high quality products to customers.The plant houses a well-equipped R&D facility operated by highly qualified personnel.

QC Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

JOB DECRIPTIONS

To coordinate with the external Lab to analyzing the sample.
To create certificate for the products that will be sent.
To control cooling tower analysis according to the standard.
To control the balancing standard for food additive.
To allocate available manpower in order to make sure that all activities will be carried out properly
To coordinate with Chemist regarding analysis activity.
To check and control manpower attendance and overtime.
Conduct special inspection and testing.
To check and observe skilled employee activity to meet standard of laboratory management.
Involve in R & D activities.
To doing calibration lab equipment as per schedule
To communicate with lab accreditation regarding CDA as per customer requisition

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in English both oral & written.
Good leadership.
Good analytical, independent person.
Good knowing ISO 22000, ISO 14001, SMK3, Halal, SNI system and etc.
Work placed on KIM 2 Mabar Medan.
