Posisi :

Safety Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This job purpose to Inspection and monitoring day to day activities are compliance as safety standard, Assist Fire & Safety Superintendent in order to enforce company safety rules, regulation, and procedures are well implemented. With job description :

1. Responsible for carying out in handling emergency situation and coordination with other emergency response team member,
2. To conduct inspection and maintenance of all loss prevention equipment in order to maintain all the equipment ready to use in case of emergency situation
3. To provide assistance to all departments in implementation of incident investigations and report, including recommendations to prevent similar occurrences
4. Re-check the work permit and ensure safe and compliant the condition before signing
5. Follow up the unsafe action, unsafe condition, potential hazard and communicate to Fire & Safety Superintendent and Management Team
6. Responsible for all carry out responsibilities and work as a general K3 expert
7. Enforce and participation actively in the implementation of Management System program such as SMK3, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005, HACCP, 5S and others program
8. Participates in flow testing fire hydrants, which involves taking caps off hydrant and opening up hydrant and checking water flow
9. Assist Fire & Safety Superintendent regarding safety activities, fire prevention, and achieving safety objective / Key Performance Indicator
10. Assist Fire & Safety Superintendent to conduct safety training/drill to new employees, employees, daily worker and contractor

Requirement for this job :

1. Minimum education Diploma 3 Engineering
2. Minimum 3 Years working experience as safety officer
3. Understand to conduct HIRAC & JSA
4. Familiar with Hydrant system
5. Having K3 certificate
6. Understand about SMK3
7. Have certificate Fire Fighting Class C
8. Able to conduct training safety and fire
9. Willing to working shifter
