People & Organization Development Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Providing candidates as required qualification which is requested by all departments and to fill in vacant position of company refer to manpower planning and budget.
Maintaining recruitment, induction and orientation process and update data base of applicants
Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Prepare, Check and Review Training Budget Refer to TNA in line with competency in each level of position.
Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees based on training calendar (schedule, participant, training evaluation form, report and implementation plan).
Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts and able to handle give, record warning letter as part of performance evaluation
Maintaining, checking, collecting and controlling process of employee performance appraisal (KPI and Competencies)
Supporting HR Section Head for all issue of Human Resource in company
